This is because they do not disclose all relevant info in time.

For example they are selling Kuusamo with the presentation but
they did not tell the on-going land plan agaisnt the mine, which was
only recently announced with legal threaths to the city of Kuusamo:

The operations of Dragon have not been environnmentally very sustainable in Finland
and there are repeating major permit problems with low quality information
given late to Australian stock audiences.
What has been published by Dragon about Fäboliden permit plan appears to be even worse:
