TIO have paid $52,731,358 for their 1,936,250,459 shares at an average cost of 0.272 cents each (between 0.015 to 0.07 cents each) thus achieving 55.56% of FMS.
Their previous bargain buying may have lulled TIO into thinking they can continue doing this bargain buying.
The value of PIOP is significantly many times what TIO has paid in the past.
We can wait and wait and wait until whenever until TIO come up with a properly valued upfront payment and sliding scale royalty (that TIO will get 55.56% of) before I agree to TIO's next move.
