totally agree PS , the board and TIO would surely have known that this deal would not fly with shareholders in my opinion and I heard the same alarm bells , was this just a left field attempt to gauge what the next offering will be without going over the top? , I will hold and wait and possibly accumulate until that deal is placed in front of us and heavily dissected. cheers Sharkie1
