sailingkid, the age old mantra applies, never ask a question you do not know the answer to and similarly never appoint an Independent Expert before you know what outcome you will get.
I am sure any one of the minority shareholders could write the Independent Expert Report now and get at least 95% of it in line with what we will see from the Actual Expert in due course.
We wait to see the next installment of the proposed deal.
