I think I will write to ASIC to stop this raising happening before clarity is provided. Let the company clearly state what is the purpose I.e.
a) To shore up the position to avoid being thrown out by Perennial. Their notice was rejected only on a technicality
b) To rectify the convent breach - have they discussed it with Macquarie as these are unusual circumstances
only when this is clarified the ASIC should allow this to go ahead
