I'm pursuing the angle that OEL has put out a defective notice by failing to disclose (the covenant breach aspect of the credit facility) information "that a reasonable person would expect, if it weregenerally available, to have a material effect on the price or value of the securities of the entity". Pretty sure most investors would not seek out share investments where the company is facing potential default from a covenant breach.

But like most things I'm not holding my breath.
