if the shares coming from escrow are to existing holders then those holders have probably already sold down their existing holding to accept the new shares (if they wanted to sell down/take profit). The way its trading at the moment with reasonable buying pressure seems that no one is waiting for the suggested dump. And who would sell with the fundamentals the way they are....
