I have been thinking about the bit of Vmoto buying Super Soco. Why would Xiaomi allow that? If you know Xiaomi, they develop everyday electronic products at home and has an APP to sync them all. An electric bike could fit into Xiaomi product lines and with a lofty market cap of USD110B, why won't they buy out Vmoto (by issuing merely <1% of their shares) instead?
Thoughts anyone?
