That stablecoin comment is really interesting. Here is some wild speculation:

Question: What will Novatti (or any business / listed entity) want in return for investing time/resource in managing a stablecoin. Answer : profit.

Question: How does one make money from a stablecoin? Most common answer: (a) through short-term lending, i.e. Purchase this coin (i.e. give us your cash) and we will pay you interest at x%. (b) Through facilitating digital financial services and taking transaction/service fees along the way.

Just do some reading up on USD-backed coin Circle and you'll get the idea.

One could intimate that a new, or reworked, Novatti stablecoin can assist with their acquiring, cross-border and other new need cases.

One could ALSO intimate that presumably they would want to be exposed to the short-term lending opportunity as well, which presumably would require the banking license to be in place. With an announcement on the stablecoin suggested as being before the end of April.

All very exciting either way.
