not that easy. this is a massively watered down proposal from that of the mining constitution proposal that got rejected. this will need to go through the same process and requires the constitutional assembly approval. also when you read "nationalization" headlines you may instantly think reappropriation... but this is far from it... it's a PPP proposal similar to how PPP projects are run even in Aus. lot if hospitals are PPP. if you do your research in chile, they are a better jurisdication then WA in many senses as they from royalties through to tax rates!!
