I think this is misleading with regard to the cash position. They say here the cash position $236 mil including $47 mil for Atlantic rehabilitation bond. They had said it was to be $90 mil for the bond. They haven't made any announcement stating the bond is not required now. When is the quarterly report due out? More smoke and mirrors from this incompetent board.
