Comprehensive testing is not required and is waste of resources if there's no disease in the target population. CT/NG are the most common among stds to be tested using molecular diagnostics. Trich can be seen in urine microscopy (and confirmed by pcr I think). Syphylis, HIV and more can get tested from blood sample.
