There are some 1.5 million tests for chlamydia gonorrhoea- in NSW alone - 2019 - using the multiplex would halve the requirement for number of tests, reduce burden on the health system (repeat visits to doctors, repeat tests) and nsw as a client alone would match the revenue from the covid testing
