IMO DR G is the medical tech version of Mr Elon Musk, it's very clear that he is all in and giving it everything. Some may say " cash burn is eye watering " or "where are the sales figures", these and more were likely similar questions Musk faced and laughed it inside like us believers because, it's not always logic that prevails but the vision and belief.
