Worth a read.Public outcry is hopefully facilitating change in regulation.
It's a process, but market diversification for formula is essential going forward in the US.
The next catalyst for Bubs is permanent importation following November 14th or becoming a WIC approved formula.
The partnerships with big retailers are falling in place, but this means nothing if importation expires in November.
So far Bubs have been working hard on the regulatory front.
