From past discussions with JZ, if the option is there with regards to strategic partners and the required funding, he will look at skipping the Stage 2 plant / moving straight to Stage 3.
Huge news in the scheme of things.... There was some talk JZ was hanging around ARG for an important meeting.
I suspected it might have been with the local Salta gov't to update them on S1 plant progress and ensuring that future expansion was going to be given the thumbs up, but hey why not talk to the President and get his blessing instead.
