Personally, I think it's more likely directed at strategic investment then an OT customer.

IMO, AGY have been in constant communication with the preferred OT customer since at least Nov last year. They have met several times, including at least two site visits. At this stage of things, the OT is in the final stages of being signed off, and I don't think this meeting with Macri was necessary to seal the deal (but it does send a reassuring message none the less).

(And as someone else has already highlighted earlier today - I suspect our OT customer has already meet previously with Marci as part of their own DD around doing business with Argentinian based companies).

So the meeting is probably more about a message for future development and investment in Stg's 3 & 4 (and beyond ?). And perhaps even sending a message to other Li companies in region - if you can't make your tenements viable going concerns that are generating revenue, paying taxes and providing local employment opportunities - well, we know a company that can?!

Won’t want the gas and/or water shut off due to going to stage 3 unannounced.
