I think when you break it down, knowing what the market now knows (ridiculous derisking over the past few months + imminent OT and PEA), the only reasons to sell at this point are:

- desperately need cash
- for whatever reason still think this investment is too risky
- to influence the market

If theres any other reason then happy to be corrected.

For me, the 2nd point is a sign of complete disconnect to the market and misunderderstanding of the facts pertaining to AGY. So unless an individual desperately needs cash, (without seeing proof of manipulation myself) the only 2 reasons of selling are an inability to assess investment risk or simply market manipulation.
