    At the AGM prior to it starting a few of us including the board were talking about this and that. Alex mentioned that he was hoping to buy out WATIC there current joint partners. As WATIC currently have no funds and were going through some difficult times including management problems and them wanting to sell their share, IMO this is the acquisition they are mentioning in the current ann.
