From my perspective Institutional shenanigans would be limited if not non existent given the equity ownership in BOT. I think maybe the lack of liquidity is a more likely explanation regarding SP movements currently and the trades don't look to be littered with trading BOT’s (pun intended).
Here's what I could find regarding positioning and ownership & Institutional $ is small in comparison atm. Not that they won't appear on a positive announcement. Then the real dirty tricks will start.
