We have always had negative views on TGZ yet it rose from .4 to 1.35 - not bad considering. I was meant to write, Banfora is OVERstated in DFS not understated. The economics were a dubious hence why GRY team gave it away for pennys on the dollar. Needs higher than 1250 USD Gold that's for sure. More like 1350-1400 to be viable.
You are right, they are low grade deposits, but i am a Gold Bull and by 2018 Gold will be alot higher than today, suspect north of 1550. Meaning these projects will be viable and making a good quid. As for mining 2g/t we await, I prefer to bank on higher POG, yes i just speculate for now.
Til then you are correct, though at current price 1296usd Gold, anything can happen but TGZ won't do much. I love these levered plays. We saw what we could achieve with stock of the yr RSG. Though unfortunately i sold a little early and missed another 50% gain, not to worry...
