Thank you for those thoughts. My own rough calculations have an EPS for FY22 at 67cents. I don't think 12x is too demanding a multiple so $8 is my 12 month price expectation. Not that I would be a seller at that price - I'm getting used to the strong dividend and I like the company's honest communication.
