I'm sure they will or already have revealed to ASX who their manufacturer is & how they'll be released to market.
And if they have been caught out lying, there will be consequences.
However, given the previous business experience of JE, he doesn't strike me as someone into making ad hoc statements for the sake of it.
It's possible that given his lack of public company experience he may have inadvertantly stepped afoul of AS disclosure regs, however I have every faith that the company will be able to provide to the satisfaction of ASX all they require.
