    I can't see how a co with MC of $5mill can secure a project worth $25mill.

    Perhaps they have a rabbit in the hat,but I doubt it.

    What sort of institution would lend such large sums unsecured?

    Europe is a basket case and the first thing I would do if finance was sort would be to negotiate the price down.
