I think that you mean hydrogen rather than nitrogen. And from what I could gather the patented bit related to Hythane rather than the diesel/CNG process itself.
However if you do happen to know of a process that can uilize nitrogen as a fuel for vehicles then please let us all in on it. Could be a bit of a worry though, as nitrogen makes up about 70% of the atmosphere. Wouldn't want it all to go up at once!
