whoaaa there roadkill and tamiz. I don't think being exuberant about the sale is an indicator of bragging they're experts. And it is just a little presumptuous to think they are Johnie come latelies. Many, including me, have held this stock for some time with endless reserves of patience. You cant lay your frustration on them: first movers are often losers, so just bask in the warmth of "I told you so" self righteousness! Emotionally identifying with a stock is a sure way to ruin.

PRG are not going "too cheaply". They are being bought at a price that the buyer thinks is reasonable. If someone else thinks its too cheap let them lob a higher bid. A t/o war will be very welcome by the shareholders!
