Same here, I didn't check my portfolio until 2 pm....and was shocked by the large increase.... Anyway it's the first time for me to have a stock that's been taken over...could anyone kindly share their knowledge about what happens next?
So we will receive a booklet in September and vote on it in October... Then if approved we will receive a lump sum payment into our bank account consisting of the special divided and capital gains? Is this correct?
