CER has been performing much better, from a SP aspect, for some time. I asked a similar question on this forum recently. It's especially puzzling when you consider the dispatrity in the MC of CER's ($548 mill) compared to that of CNP ($257 mill).
I can only assume that the news, whatever it might be and whenever it comes, will be more beneficial to CER than CNP!
