I'd have to review the governance statement to be sure but I would actually view directors buying at this point in time as a negative as that would very strongly indicate that news on a financial deal is further away than we would like.
Directors are prohibited from trading when they are in possession of price sensitive information, and the biggest price sensitive news at present would be a deal for the sale of up to 50% in KDP.
