With regard to the timeline for the data room opening I am working on past experience with putting these together.
KPO announced the appointment of PWC on May 1.You would have expected the teaser to take at least 6 to 8 weeks to put together .
This is the document PWC puts together to attract potential partners/buyers.PWC will have assembled a data room
that will justify the amount being asked and they will set out a timeline for expressions of interest.This would be 6 to 8 weeks after the data room
opens.
As there would be tax consequences for KPO selling any of its interest in KDP, it is almost certain any incoming party will do so through subscriptions
for new KDP shares.
As we are now at the end of 10 weeks the teaser is overdue.My guess based on the above is any day now.
And once the data room opens there will be leaks!.
