Long story short the $50m valuation of KDP for 50% would essentially give us a MC EV of 100m, or 7 times current

so around 6 cents in just cash value,

more importantly the massively underachieving board would finally be able to say they’ve done something useful, which should carry value of its own.

they need to update where it’s at as it is actually a company making deal

so this is either going to zero or 6-7 bagging from here

they only owe me a bag on my current holding to break even overall so it’s a good play for me

i am however expecting to lose it all
