The response was due to the possible reason why an AKE announcement did not appear to have an equally positive reaction to the share price?

My idea is to see what, if any shorting activity may have been active before and/or during the announcement?

If the shorting activity was active, then this may have been one of, or the reason for the share price not positively reacting as may be anticipated.

If the above shorting was not active, then other influences may be sort for.
