the annoucement today stated in part:
including New York-based investment fund SpringTree Special
Opportunities Fund, LP (SpringTree) and sophisticated investor Mr Laurence Freedman.
ie the shares went to more than just Springtree and Freeman - who is an Australian.
Also in the SPP we could buy up to $15,000 worth of shares.So if there was a shortfall it's perhaps because lots of us didn't take up our full entitlement.
Whatever the reason for the shortfall going to those mentioned, I'm sure Martin Rogers had the best interests of the company in mind here as her always had.
