The dumping could be a knee-jerk reaction by some investors.
The tranche of loan repayment and the shares issued due to the shortfall (as per today's announcement) total up to 23,193,796 shares. I doubt if they will dump these shares.
Besides, if you are springtree (and/or the other investors in this SPP shortfall purchase), would you dump it all to make some quick money or would you hang on to some (or most) of it if you believe the share price could go up if the ODS comes through.
On a side note ....
It is possible that these guys are privy to some information (within the legal boundaries of disclosure) that may make them confident about the ODS, trials, etc.
