If you looked on a chart you might actually see something quite important in that with that high volume was a break of support that has held since July. The uptrend channel that PBMD was in broke to the downside has now back tested it and looks to be continuing down. The weekly looks weak as well.

You claim that without the chart you will see a steady increase into this announcement or whatever it is. In fact I'd expect quite the opposite if the SM is expecting it to be good. A good example of that was QAN yesterday. So there may be some hope yet. I don't trade on hope though thankfully.

I'm starting to realize you really seem to have very little technical idea I do hope fundamentally you have it right.
