Possible argument re my previous post.
For arguments sake...say there are two pharmas interested in CVAC, the fact of having so much cash at bank could entice an earlier offer by one of the two interested parties not willing to wait until Prima are "desperate" for cash in case the other one makes the jump with the first offer...All hypothetical of course.
