Prima are at the moment on a hiding to nothing........If they go to conferences around the world pushing their product complaints are heard of them repeating themselves, if they don't do anything,they are not doing anything to promote CVAC and the company......In my opinion these type of conferences are vital for success,Doctors can say to prospective patients that I have been to a briefing of CVAC rather than say "I've heard on the grapevine about something,I don't know if it will help,I'll see if I can find something out about it."......Self promotion to generate interest in a new Product is nearly as important as the product itself.
