Howdy Sy....I agree on the history side but I am starting to wonder on how much emphasis can be placed on what has happened previously......In Prima's case they believe they have a good product (I do too),but in saying that there is lot more competition and information is readily available. Also,what we consider to be a great advantage of having a significant bank account may well be a deterrent in big pharma interest....
"We like what we see but they have money in the bank,they are not desperate yet,let's wait till they need the brass and we will have a bigger say in what we do."I have a sneaking suspicion of this,the business mind is forever on the alert for the biggest return on the smallest outlay.Just a thought.
