    yeah I agree ~85% for the black mass recovery.

    I should have phrased it better, it’s more like you have to process 3 tonnes of raw battery to get 1 tonne of black mass. Although that raw battery may only have had 1.2 t of black mass originally.

    the costs to the plant is per tonne of the material input so you have to process a lot more of the external battery material to get to the higher value components and produce black mass.
