Its a positive announcement improving recoveries but that's not going to overwhelm the bearish sentiment and is only worthwhile when it is deployed in a commercial plant/operation and generating cash.
So an early rise on low volume but the general trend is still in tact bearish and rangebound for the foreseeable future until there is an announcement that is more material such as stelco purchase order/JV/ royalty etc
That's my thoughts anyway.
