To me it seems like another delay, but worded in a way it doesn’t say “delay” otherwise they will cop another walloping. I do see that Stelco see we are financially constraint and giving extra time to participate in the JV which I guess is positive but as the NMT overlords say I am negative cause all I see is negative announcements lately suss trading.
Still nothing regarding the MB HUB PO so still no validation maybe it’s not on the cards anymore who knows it’s possible they might have issues with the process for cobalt and they need to prove a set percent recovery for it before it’s signed.
Maybe the HC NMT overlords would like to chime in to give a positive assessment of the announcement.
