I never understood Guzman entering the U.S market when Chipotle is huge there, I saw GYG's success mostly to do with first mover advantage in Australia. They overpaid due to Guzman most likely going public shortly (within 12-24 months), However, I can definitely see this being a good investment for MFG... long term.
