I dont think guzman will need to go public anymore in the short term with this cash injection, therefore in the medium term magellan can cash out when they do go public or hold if they still see growth after being closely involved in the next phase of growth.
Anecdotaly i tried chipotle, guzman is way better imo and from what TDM growth partners have to say the management and business model are quality
