I've not tried GYG's food, so I curiously looked up Google reviews. Average seems to be 3.9/5 in Syd & ACT (where I live & work). Descriptive complaints seem to criticize the quality & the value of the food. Am easily their target customer, yet I won't try them out.
GYG seems to know to pick good locations & have good marketing, but I doubt they'd have burgeoning customers that are loyal, let alone fanatic (which happened early on for Maccas, Oportos, EasyWay, etc... wildfire reputation among teenagers & young adults).
Being quite a young company, the amount of customers swearing they won't come back is concerning. Yet this is just a pittance of an investment for MFG, but makes me question if MFG sees beyond numbers, and if MFG is too spread out in their ambition for investment domination.
