Delisting? With confirmed sulphides, assays weeks away, and a $1.5 billion copper rail corridor funded next door by BHP and Aurizon? That’s not logic that’s fear in disguise. Over 75% of LML shares are held by strong hands and top 20 holders. Less than 25% is left in the free float, and even that is being absorbed fast. This is not a trading stock — this is strategic accumulation. The Australian Government approved a significant R&D tax rebate for Lincoln, and they don’t hand those out to companies with no future. Government geologists visited the site and they don’t inspect dead ground. In June 2024, Lincoln completed a $1.5 million equity raise through a fully underwritten Share Purchase Plan backed by Canaccord Genuity, with another $1.5 million top-up placement underway. This was not a loan or a desperate raise this was strategic capital raised in advance of assay results. Source: https://announcements.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20240604/pdf/065vt0g43d2pj0.pdf. Management is also taking shares instead of cash payments. You only do that when you have real confidence in what’s coming. Companies that actually face delisting don’t drill, don’t raise capital, don’t get tax rebates, and don’t have government scientists visiting. They lose momentum, directors resign, and silence follows. LML is the complete opposite. Drilling is complete, visible sulphides are confirmed across multiple holes, assays are due in weeks, BHP-funded rail infrastructure is next door, and both government and management are actively engaged. Just to be clear LML was trading at $0.003 in mid-April 2024. Anyone shouting “delisting” now either missed their chance, or is hoping to scare holders into selling. So here’s a question if you truly believe LML is going to be deregistered, why are you still here, watching every post and following every move? People don’t follow companies they’ve written off unless, deep down, they know they’re wrong or they can’t say a single word to their wife and this is the only way to wind down. I don’t have time to analyse your posts or your mindset. I’ve done my research on this company, and I’ve held my PhD since 2017. Good luck with your thesis.
