When they get to that stage of announcing their intention to become an actual miner I think their capital raising will initially be to the "sophisticated investors" and then perhaps to ordinary shareholders as a slight reward of sorts. Whether that will be a bit later this year or early in 2025 may depend on what happens with the gold price. Interesting times.
