CZN has been in the doldrums for years, no question about that, and the SP reflects it.
Regarding TUR, that's par for the course with exploration companies; their exploration of that tenement revealed it wasn't worth pursuing, so they pulled out. Not sure whether I'd call it bad management or just bad luck. After all, exploration companies like SIR are few and far between, showing it's more luck than anything else if you find a significant deposit.
The recent CR shows, if anything, there's still investors willing to put their money in to a high risk/reward explorer. They have Lynn Lake which I don't believe is accounted for in their market cap, and if exploration at Mt Gilmore pans out, this should pop like a pimple on a fat kid's butt.
The buy side is looking good at the moment, it's up to the individual investor to determine their risk tolerance. For the record, I'm in on this one.
