    No extension, then my take is there is sufficient interest thus far:

    (1) a good % of retail investors applied and sent money in, so offer is well supported and on track
    and/or
    (2) institutional investors might want as many shares as they can in shortfall offer, thus pushing lead manager to advice the company, 'we should close the offer ASAP'.
