I think it was easy to figure that since the financial state of SAS is the biggest hurdle right now that there was an opportunity last week when share price matched CR. Since we ( or the market ) donot know for sure whether the required funds will be raised in this capitol raising the share price will drift. The share price is stubbornly low and needs more volume to give it a kick with every addition to Shares outstanding. It might not "pop" if we get good news today or tomorrow but all of us here know that SAS have always reached their goals and those that stay are somewhat confident that they CAN achieve what they set out to do. The end of 2019 or maybe into 2020 we will see a REAL share price reflecting on a viable, active, revenue generating company. I ask you this: Can this CR fail? The probabilities around that question are reflected in share price confidence.
