Priority Offer Opens Norwood Systems Limited (“Norwood” or “the Company”) (ASX:NOR) wishes to advise that applications under the Priority Offer will open tomorrow, 29 June 2016 in accordance with the timetable in the Prospectus dated 15 June 2016.

Shareholders eligible to participate in the Priority Offer, being registered shareholders as at ASX trading close on Friday 24 June 2016, are invited to make an application under the Priority Offer, either:-

(i) on the Priority Offer Application Form available for download on the website of the Company once the Priority Offer opens, at www.norwoodsystems.com/investor; or

(ii) on the personalised Priority Offer Application Form which will be mailed to Eligible Shareholders, together with this Prospectus; or

(iii) by completing a BPAY® payment in accordance with the instructions referred to in the Prospectus and on the Priority Offer Application Form.

Due to the Priority Offer being on a ‘first come first served basis’, Eligible Shareholders are invited to download their Priority Offer Application Form for faster acceptance. The Company reserves the right to close the Priority Offer early in accordance with the Prospectus dated 15 June 2016, and shall not be responsible for any postal or delivery delays or delay in the receipt of the BPAY payment.
